I don’t remember a time in my life  that I was considered to be at a ‘normal’ weight. My life has been a constant battle of struggling with my weight  and self-confidence. Although I have lost weight in the past, I have never developed a healthy relationship with food.  The goal of this blog, is to document my journey of becoming a healthier version of myself, and to help others like myself who haven’t yet developed a healthy relationship with food.
