I titled this post eating plan 1 because, I don’t want this to journey to end if one eating plan doesn’t work. The point of this blog is to document my journey, I don’t know where this is going to take me or what will work to bring me to my goal.
The meal plan that this article proposes is only eating three meals a day with no snacks. It sounds impossible reading it, but I know that I need to have some sort of restriction in my diet and maybe this is what I need. This eating plan is a low carb real food diet. In order to lose weight, I would need to consume 10-20 carbs a day, with a max. of one fruit a day, and plenty of vegetables.
I’m not blaming one single person, other than myself for my weight struggle; on that note, being properly informed is vital to success. I was always under the impression that fruit was healthy and necessary for losing weight. While fruit is healthy for you, just like everything else in life, it is in moderation. Fruit is loaded in sugar which turns into fat.
This journey is going to be a struggle, learning period, and a positive change. I’m not expecting miracles to happen but happy positive improvements!
